Customization Process
Consultation & Design Confirmation
Clients must provide customization requirements (design, size, gemstone specifications, etc.) along with reference images.
Our team will confirm feasibility and provide a quotation and production timeline.- Deposit Payment (50%)
Upon design approval, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.
Once the deposit is paid, production begins. Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels mid-process. Production & Updates
The finished product will be sent to the client for final confirmation before shipping.
Standard production time: 7-15 business days (may extend for complex designs).Final Payment (50%)
Shipping will be arranged immediately after full payment, with tracking details provided.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 5 hours of completion notification.

All metal components are made of authentic 18K gold (≥75% purity).

About the Product:

About Shipping:

About Logistics:
- All products in our store are shipped free of charge and can be delivered worldwide.
- There is a processing period of 2-4 days after placing an order. Most areas will receive their orders within 9-15 days, We do not accept rush orders. (Delivery times may be delayed due to unstable situations such as adjustments in customs duties.)
- We have our own logistics channels that can provide double clearance and tax-inclusive services.
About Returns and Exchanges:
- Our store does not support returns or exchanges. Any issues should be resolved during the secondary confirmation with customer service. If unsatisfied during the secondary confirmation and before shipment, a refund can be requested. Once the product is received, no returns or exchanges are allowed, so please confirm size, color, and style carefully.
